ARCPC is a non-profit ARRL Affiliated Club organized pursuant to the Texas Non-Profit Coproration Act. It's charter was approved in 1991 and it was issued Charter Number 01199405 by the Texas Secretary of State.

Membership consists of three elected officers, two directors, regular members, and associate members.

Officers - President, Vice-President, Secretary Treasure

Directors - past president plus one elected director

Membership - membership shall consist of Full, Associate, Life, Honorary, and Family.

Bylaws - ARCPC operates under a set of bylaws approved by the membership.
